Ingredients:
4 ripe nectarines
150 g honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits.
Place them in a buttered baking dish.
Mix the honey with the cinnamon and vanilla.
Drizzle the nectarines with the honey sauce.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with the remaining honey sauce.
